Dynamics 365, Power Platform and integration. Connecting business systems, with AI in the toolkit.
I'm a senior Microsoft business applications consultant with 18 years in enterprise systems, working through Pioneerflux, a small consultancy based in Portugal. I design and build Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for UK clients, other international clients and multinationals.
What I do
Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
CRM solution design, data models, C# plugins, Power Pages portals and Power Automate flows. From requirements to deployment, including the unglamorous parts: environments, solutions, release pipelines.
Integration
I build integration APIs, mainly on Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management) and also on AWS with Lambda functions. Dataverse, REST APIs, email and document flows: connecting systems that were never designed to work together, and making that connection reliable and easy to support.
AI as a working tool
I use AI every day to analyse requirements, write documentation, review code and check data. Faster delivery, more consistent quality, and I sign off on every result.
